Zdravim
no mam dlai problem,
bohuzel nevim jake heslo jsme nastavil v Bios-u u Amilo m1425
prosim poradit
Diky
Heslo BIOS Amilo1425
Pasword
Fu tak to moze byt problem. Narozdiel od beznych kompov v ktorych sa BIOS pasword da obyst univerzalnymi heslami alebo BIOS Pasword crackermi notebooky maju na ulozenie hesla do BIOSu specialny chip ktory toto heslo uchovava a vraj ho nieje mozne obyst inak len vymenou toho chipu. No nic idem este pozret na nete.Snad nieco najdem.

You can try to perform a power drain by disconnecting the AC adpater from the mains, taking
off the battery pack then pressing the start button for about 15". Leastways, this is the way to go with recent Amilos such as the M3438G.

I have read that doing a "hardware reset" erased the BIOS. Basically, you just need to take off the battery and AC plug then press the start button for about 15 seconds.
This trick did work for an Amilo M3438G, don't know whether it is applicable to your particular model tho'.

Turn off your notebook, remove the power cord and battery and press (and hold) the power on button for approx 10-15 seconds. Then connect the power cord and start your notebook. If it starts up well, turn it off again and then insert the battery. If this solution doesn't work, remove the battery, open the notebook and look for a small battery inside
the notebook. remove that little battery for 5 - 10 seconds, than put it back on the right place, screw the back panel of your notebook back, insert the battery and turnit on.

Have managed to reset the password.
removing just the battery does not reset the password, there is a DIP switch (actually 4) no.1 is for "do not ask for password",after setting the switch to "On", power on, change the settings in the Bios and shut down, change the switch setting back to off if required.
Thanks for the support.

Hello,I had the same problem. I remove cover, keyboard etc. so I had access to the batteryon the mainboard. I remove the little cable that go to motherboard and waited 1 min.Put all things together again, and BIOS startup without no password

You'll have to take it to the autorised FSC service partner. There is no other way of clearing this bios password.

yes mate there is a way, i had a program that wipes the bios and kills the password. once you have got access to this program all you do is type the executable /k which kills the bios password, but once that has done you must return to the bios menu and reset everything to default. Then all should be ok although this isnt covered by warranty and is not official recommended by fujitsu siemens

odstraneni hesla amilo
U amila stačí odpojit baterii CMOS (většiny modelů) v případě že to nezabere, Amila mívají zvláštnost na bordu. v oblasti konektoru pro monitor je svič přepínač na kterém lze pomocí kombinace on off nastavit BIOS do def. nastavení. Upozorňuji že je to zvláštnost modelů amilo! Lifebooky a ostatní řady mají odlišné řešení!
