Dell gives delightful updates to XPS M1210 hardware to quench the thirst of many among us!
Those interested in buying an ultra-portable notebook with decent firepower, should consider waiting a bit longer. According to some reports, Dell is all set to update the XPS M1210 notebook to incorporate Intel's latest mobile platform codenamed Santa Rosa. The recent price cuts of $200 on the XPS M1210 only add to the credibility of the news report.
With Santa Rosa, the updated XPS M1210 will get faster 800MHz Core 2 Duo processor, 802.11n WiFi and Intel's Mobile 965 Express chipset. Dell doesn't stop at that! No way! The Texas giant is giving some serious updates to the portable XPS notebook by including a nVidia GeForce 8400M DirectX 10 graphics card, LED backlight screen and the oh-so-cool slot-loading DVD drive!
The updated XPS M1210 is expected as soon as June 26.
